Played soccer both competitive and recreational level for more than 30 years. Currently playing soccer to check my progress of my workout.
When I was younger, I dreamed of becoming a professional soccer player. I've worked hard but never was trained properly or taught how to improve my skill other than teaching myself by watching professional soccer on TV.
Never had any support from peers. Unlike now, I had no way of learning where I can go for tryout.
But I still wanted to improve as soccer player and an athlete so I've decided to strengthen myself physically. That is where I've start studying about how human body works and how I can get stronger, faster and powerful.
As I learned and as I trained myself to get stronger and faster I've learned how much of coaching I was receiving from my soccer team were wrong. I've witness too many strength coach has no clue how strength training actually works. I've learned that too many of the trainers and fitness "experts" are training without properly understanding how progression works. I've learned that you can get stronger and be more fit even when you get older. Isn't it sad to see nutritionist or dietitians who are overweight and using their genetics and poor hormonal balance as excuse?
My passion is to provide premium exercise and nutrition plans to those who are serious about improving themselves just like I am.
Even now, I am pursuing to train myself to be more stronger, faster, and powerful. My dream of becoming professional soccer player is done, but I want to give my strength training methods to those young athletes who are willing to put the work. I want to give busy executives a workout plan so that they can still be fit and healthy even when they are super busy. I want to give 65 years old and above an exercise that will give them more strength and energy so they can still travel around the world or to do more of what they desired to do.
