16 min Workout to Burn Off Fat and Build Leg Muscles

You all might have heard of Tabata workout. The workout has been created by Dr. Izumi Tabata and he created this workout for Japanese Olympic Speed Skaters. It is HIIT (high intensity interval training) where you perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds exercise followed by 10 seconds rest, which it equals to 4 minutes of workout. It is designed to build muscle, strength and also athletic physique.

Tabata method workout is very simple and you can pretty much incorporate with any exercise.

Let's go step ahead.

Today's workout challenge is for your legs. Using same 8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds recovery but instead of doing a exercise you will be doing 4 exercise and all for legs. Here we go.

Exercise 1. Squats

Exercise 2. Alternating Reverse Lunges

Exercise 3. Power Jack (Jumping Jacks with Squats)

Exercise 4. Mountain Climber

Remember, you have to complete 8 rounds of exercise before you move on to the next. Also, this is not repetition based. It is ok to be getting slower. Keep moving and give all your effort!

No tool! Nothing fancy! No excuse!!
